"2015 Guide to Legal Risk and Management in Long-Term Care"

 Jane Meadus, Institutional Advocate at ACE, will be facilitating a workshop on consent, capacity and substitute decision-making with Shelley Hobbs, Counsel at the Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee.  The workshop will be held on the second day of a two-day program titled "2015 Guide to Legal Risk and Management in Long-Term Care" hosted by Osgoode Professional Development on September 28 and 29, 2015

"Advising the Elderly Client"

Jane Meadus, Institutional Advocate at ACE, will be chairing a course with Charles B. Ticker, Barrister & Solicitor, titled "Advising the Elderly Client," held by Osgoode Professional Development on November 4 and 5, 2015.

Geared towards lawyers and non-legal professionals who advise elderly clients, the course faculty includes Judith A. Wahl, Graham Webb and Bernadette Maheandiran of ACE.
